By advocating for student-driven initiatives, supporting educational programs, and promoting leadership opportunities, the committee works to improve student achievement and ensure equitable access to resources for all Hawai‘i students.​

This committee is dedicated to promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe environment in Hawai‘i's public schools. The committee works on initiatives that foster student well-being, enhance school facilities, and encourage sustainability, while also addressing issues like bullying and mental health. The committee aims to create a supportive atmosphere where all students can thrive academically and socially.​
